Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to maintain hotel public spaces to brand standards and assist room attendants as needed. You will help with supplies and support the maintenance team with minor repairs.

This full-time role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or in a team, including nights or weekends as needed. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities preferred
• Proper handling of linens, safety procedures, sanitation
• Follow company guidelines and procedures

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas clean to brand standards and assist guests with baggage
• Respond to guest requests for supplies in a timely and hospitable manner
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Set up meeting rooms, if applicable
• Assist in housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance as needed
