Job summary

Premier Health in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am). The CN works as part of the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain safety in a fast-paced psychiatric environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program with BSN required or enrollment within five years; valid RN license in Ohio and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• RNs with min. 15 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU which must be obtained with 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/direct care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain high standards for a caseload of patients.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
