Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Evening shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). This full-time role is 0.8 FTE, 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday with no weekends. Starting pay is $39.90 per hour, with an additional $5.00 evening shift differential.

Benefits eligible. Requires a BSN and current Ohio Nursing License; BLS certification is required. Two years of nursing experience are preferred.

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio Nursing License is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the shift; direct, organize, and assign work to staff.
• Serve as an EPIC Super User to support team during the shift.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and coach staff for care delivery.
• Engage in data collection, quality improvement, and reporting updates to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety as a priority.
• Make staffing decisions with workload and budget considerations.
