Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LOH Main Naperville location. This full-time evening shift (PMs 3:00pm-11:30pm) offers dedicated patient care responsibilities, collaboration with the care team, and opportunities to contribute to care plans and outcomes.

You will assess patients, document care, support admissions, transfers, and discharges, mentor staff, participate in department goals, and uphold confidentiality and compliance with nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop/adjust plans of care.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team on admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Contribute to department goals and ongoing professional development.
• Supervise and mentor staff and ensure policy compliance.
