Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Texas seeks a Sr Project Superintendent II on the second shift (4:00 pm - midnight) to plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations. Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assists in review of shop drawings, submittals, change orders and purchase orders.
• Conducts weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepares daily field status reports.
• Coordinates documentation of design conflicts and clarifications with the appropriate personnel.
• Develops and manages the construction plan for successful execution of the work.
• Ensures work is executed according to contract terms in a profitable manner.
• Interacts with owners, teams and stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and client experience.
• Prepares and updates the original CPM Project Schedule and uses LEAN processes and Weekly Work Plans.
• Provides leadership to assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Responsible for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the Project Quality Management and Safety plans according to Sundt standards.
• Completes punch lists on time and coordinates startup and commissioning of systems.
