Job summary

Swift Textile Metalizing (STM) is seeking a Production Technician for the 2nd shift to support the production of quality products for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications.

Responsibilities include following material specifications, testing for defects, and operating various production equipment in lab and manufacturing environments, with safety at the forefront. ITAR compliance applies, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or trade school required.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude needed.
• Attention to detail and quality focus essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality production with safety as priority.
• Interpret and follow material specifications for precise mixing of chemicals.
• Store inspected batches in proper inventory order.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Wrap and package finished product when needed.
• Operate machinery and manual processes as required.
• Adhere to a closely timed production protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
