Job summary

Integrated Proteins is seeking a Plant Production Technician to support the production of protein meal at our Purdy, MO facility. Responsibilities include sampling, unloading, operating loaders, monitoring equipment, and completing quality and safety paperwork.

Starting wage is $23.00 per hour with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. During training, this role will operate a hybrid shift until fully trained and aligned with cGMP and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate in hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb ladders and stand for long shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Use a scissor lift to obtain samples from bulk hopper trailers.
• Open hopper doors and assist unloading with a mallet to loosen product.
• Operate front-end loader to move product to mixer and bays.
• Load bulk hopper trailers and sacks using the load-out system.
• Monitor processing equipment to ensure smooth operation and safety.
• Complete all required food safety, cGMP, and OSHA training.
