Job summary

Anord Mardix in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met. You will supervise about 25 production staff and partner cross-functionally to allocate resources and resolve issues.

Reporting to the manager, you will support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement while promoting Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement across the production

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of operations, manufacturing, or production experience.
Proven leadership and people-management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations for a production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
Supervise a team of about 25 production employees, providing coaching and development.
Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive improvements.
Monitor metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decisions.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
