MatWorks in LaGrange, GA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee mat production operations. You will monitor staff, organize workflows, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing process in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in supervising manufacturing teams, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and solid experience with MS Office. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience leading a multi-cultural workforce.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Able to work in dusty/dirty conditions.
