Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee mat production operations in Georgia. The role requires strong organization, ability to monitor employees, and optimize day-to-day activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of supervising manufacturing and experience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines. Shift: 2nd, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience leading a multi-cultural workforce.
• Batch manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Textile manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mat production operations and manage schedules.
• Monitor employees and workflows for efficient production.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Generate and submit performance reports.
• Coach and onboard new employees on safety and procedures.
• Maintain quality and respond to production issues.
