Responsibilities

• Clearly and regularly communicates performance, work schedule, and activities to work teams.
• Facilitates 5S by maintaining maps and assignment sheets and ensuring standards.
• Directs workers to adjust machines and equipment to fix defects and meet quality.
• Maintains production records and ensures safety compliance.
