Job summary

Welch Packaging Group in Kentucky is seeking a manufacturing team member for a Monday–Thursday shift from 2:30pm to 12:30am. This role focuses on following safety procedures, producing to exact specifications, and maintaining consistent on-time delivery to customers.

You will perform various packaging tasks, maintain clean work areas, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced plant environment with heavy lifting and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure the product is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain productivity to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all facility staff.
• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker, and tape boxes as needed.
