Job summary

Welch Packaging is seeking a production team member to operate in a manufacturing environment, adhering to all safety and quality procedures while maintaining targeted build rates. You will work from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm–12:30 am, performing tasks such as assembling, wrapping, gluing, labeling, and packaging boxes.

The role requires 1+ year in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to maintain high productivity, accuracy, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced plant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure product is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain productivity for on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all facility members.
• Assemble, stack, wrap, staple, glue, sticker, and tape boxes.
