Job summary

Welch Packaging Group Inc in Ohio is seeking a production worker for a Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm shift. You will follow safety procedures, ensure products meet specs, and help hit targeted build rates while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include assembling, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and packaging items; maintaining housekeeping; working as a team; adhering to safety and quality processes; and contributing to a fast-paced plant environment to keep operations running

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely following all safety processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.
