Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech in South Bend, IN is seeking a full-time Production Light Operator for the 2nd shift. You will sort, fold, count items, inspect garments for damage, and package products prepared for delivery to customers.

The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and a strong focus on safety. Second shift runs 1pm–9:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift).
• A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
