ITU AbsorbTech in Neenah, WI is seeking a full-time Production Light Operator to support our facility. You will sort, fold, inspect, and package towels, mats, uniforms and Sorbits products, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

This role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing throughout the shift, and adherence to safety protocols. Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Equal opportunity employer.

Job description

ITU AbsorbTech is a hiring a full-time Production Light Operator to join our team in Neenah, WI.

Our production facilities process industrial laundry: we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits®, our own absorbent brand line of products. Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer.

In this role, you will:

• Sort, fold, separate and count received items


• Inspect garments for rips and tears


• Package products to be delivered to customers

* This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis.

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no holidays!

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift)


• A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety
