Job summary

Kerry in Owatonna, MN is hiring Production Operators to follow formulas and produce dry blended ingredients for nutraceuticals and beverages. You will operate equipment to ensure products meet specs and maintain safety and quality throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience; steady attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Shifts run 4:00 pm–2:30 am with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 18+
• 1 year of food or chemical manufacturing experience
• 6 months of electric pallet jack operation and safety certification
• Reliable attendance essential for team operations
• Self-motivated and conscientious
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Certification completion required
• MS Excel and SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate production and processing equipment to manufacture products per formulas and specifications
• Pull raw materials, measure, use lift trucks/cranes, monitor and document production results; maintain safety and quality standards
