Job summary

Kerry in Owatonna, MN, seeks a Production Lead for the second shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will oversee preparation, mixing, and agglomeration, sterilize raw product, and ensure purity from processing to filler.

You’ll operate all processing equipment and troubleshoot issues to keep output within specs. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year in food/chemical manufacturing, and lift truck certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
• Must have GMP/food safety knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• 6 months lift truck operation and safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and blending batches according to customer formulas and verifying ingredients.
• Record data on batch sheets and verify lot numbers.
• Monitor process controls and document parameters hourly.
• Escalate mechanical issues affecting processor performance to maintenance.
