Qualifications

• Excel and MS Office proficiency; presentation skills a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead production across shifts and product lines in the switchgear factory.
• Drive assembly operations to meet deadlines with efficient scheduling.
• Champion safety culture, ensuring compliance with EHS and standards.
• Confirm SAP job hours and maintain accurate reporting.
• Generate and handle non-conformance reports for defective materials.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve design issues and improve manufacturability.
• Advance productivity, standardization and digitalization of processes.
• Support engineers and lead continuous improvement on the floor.
• Align with Lean principles and top operational practices.
• Drive cost productivity programs; OPW knowledge is a plus.
• Build and lead high-performing teams; encourage collaboration.
• Monitor critical metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Lead BU initiatives to drive performance and growth.
