Qualifications

• Experience leading evening production in print/graphics or mailing.

• Ability to coordinate across printing, graphics, prepress, and mailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening production operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor schedules, production progress, and staffing across departments.
• Coordinate work between printing, graphics, prepress, and mailing teams.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and production challenges.
• Ensure smooth project transitions between shifts.
• Support team productivity and quality standards.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting when needed.
