Preferred experience with PlanetPress, Quadient Inspire, and related software, plus strong Excel and data handling skills. Onsite role with potential for contract-to-hire and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in mail programming, print programming, variable data processing, or document composition.
• Strong understanding of: data cleansing, mail merge processes, address validation, production file preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare customer files for production.
• Perform mail merges and variable data processing.
• Cleanse and validate mailing address data.
• Utilize NCOA and postal compliance tools.
• Convert customer-supplied files into production-ready formats.
• Support workflow automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot file and data-related production issues.
• Collaborate with print and production teams to ensure job accuracy.
