Everforth Apex is seeking a Print Ops Tech I to produce high-volume print projects on-site in Pensacola, FL. You will operate bindery equipment, manage job priorities from work orders, and ensure timely delivery with quality control.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with inventories. The role requires working in a warehouse environment with potential heavy lifting and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience operating and maintaining various bindery equipment.
• Basic knowledge of printing-related bindery functions.
• Ability to interpret printing specifications and prioritize tasks.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic skill with Microsoft Suite and associated programs.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver high-volume scheduled and on-demand print projects.
• Receive and analyze print production work orders to prioritize and ensure timely completion.
• Electronically access and run print-ready files, using appropriate materials and equipment.
• Perform bindery functions such as cutting, trimming, mounting, folding, collating, drilling, and binding.
• Ensure quality standards are met during all stages of work.
• Identify and correct errors, escalating recurring issues to management.
• Prepare, package, and deliver finished projects, obtaining proof of delivery.
• Maintain print operations equipment and supplies, performing routine cleaning.
• Assist with weekly inventories and notify leadership of re-order levels.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
