Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the Melting & Casting operations. You will supervise daily activities, foster a strong safety culture, and develop hourly team members while meeting production goals.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive performance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience in metals environments, proven Lean knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• Experience in metals manufacturing environments strongly preferred (melting, casting, foundry, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced production setting.
• Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving, safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations within the Melting & Casting production area.
• Lead and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality processes.
• Foster a safety-driven culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly team members.
• Monitor workflow and schedules to meet customer demands and delivery targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to troubleshoot and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental requirements, and procedures.
