Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Mt Pleasant, IA facility. You will lead a diverse manufacturing team to organize staff, sustain efficient workflow, and drive safety, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities include directing, coaching, training, and addressing production and shipping needs on a 3:30pm–12am shift, Monday through Friday. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates production to meet demands while ensuring safety and quality.
• Collaborates with plant leadership to optimize staffing and resources.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and replace staff as needed to meet goals.
• Develops and trains employees; conducts regular safety and production meetings and 5S initiatives.
• Readily addresses urgent production or shipping needs while maintaining workflow.
