Job summary

Pratt Industries in Ocala, FL is seeking a production crew member to assist in all aspects of the operation and ensure items meet specifications. You will learn and follow safety policies, keep a clean, safe workspace, and help maintain production rates.

You will work with different equipment, perform data entry, and participate in training others as needed while upholding company standards. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and assist in mechanical set up.
• Must be able to help troubleshoot problems and assist in necessary repairs.
• Must have a reasonable knowledge of current Production Software.

Responsibilities

• Follow and help to ensure that fellow crew members adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
• Maintain a safe & clean work area.
• Learn to ensure that all orders produced are completed according to specifications provided.
• Maintain acceptable production rates.
• Complete all paper work and data entry as required.
