Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks safely, meeting PPE requirements and aiming for error-free outcomes. The role emphasizes maintaining a balanced line flow to hit delivery schedules while lifting up to 70 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General experience with computers.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb.
• Stand and walk on concrete.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools and automated equipment.
• Retrieve parts and deliver to the line; report defects to Supervisor.
• Perform light fabrication (drill, measure, cut, saw) for sub-assembly.
• Assemble materials to produce sub-assembly or finished product.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
