Job summary

Qualifications

• Must attend all department and company required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and understand work requirements.
• Understand product specifications and verify finished products meet QA specs; inform in case of issues.
• Apply appropriate labels to finished packaging and verify code dates.
• Document vendor lot numbers on the packaging log.
• Ensure finished products have correct date, label, box, case count and packaging integrity; record data in Navision.
• Ensure products meet weight requirements.
• Load and inspect raw material for daily production run.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize packaging supplies and tools.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure food safety and safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
