Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a Produce Evening Supervisor in Kimberly, WI, to lead night operations in the Produce Department and ensure the highest quality fruits and vegetables for guests. The role supports the Produce Department Manager, coaches associates, maintains safety and inventory, and upholds Festival standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and staff.
• Strong oral and written communication for a diverse team.
• Understanding of safety requirements and how to apply training to hazards.
• Knowledge of retail food business and perishable department operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership by supporting the Produce Department Manager to achieve goals and uphold standards.
• Reinforce Festival culture and exceptional customer service across the Produce team.
• Assist in training new Produce associates and retraining as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to all Produce department staff.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with Store Director, Produce Manager/Assistant Manager and other department managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests and handling special requests.
• Lead by example and maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards are met (including 100% by 10am and 5pm).
• The position can be part-time or full-time, with evening hours.
