Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a Post Holdings, Inc. subsidiary, operates a modern cereal production plant in Asheboro, NC. The position runs on a 5:30pm–5:50am 2-2-3 rotating shift, with opportunities in shipping, receiving, and equipment maintenance.

The team emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a clean, well‑equipped facility. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors production equipment, shipping, receiving, finished product storage or staging materials.
• Identifying and correcting routine and repetitive upset conditions; requires good decision making and mechanical skills.
• Perform all production equipment operations and production related tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Change over all related equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform sanitation audits.
