Job summary

Jefferson Industries Corporation is seeking a Press Maintenance Coordinator to support production with repair and improvement of production equipment. Core hours are 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including preventative and predictive maintenance, task assignments, and technician training.

The role requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills, along with a focus on 5S and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with Associates, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership to motivate Technicians and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Analytical problem-solving to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent time management to ensure on-time completion of tasks and PM schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support production by repairing and improving production equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work orders; ensure safety and 5S practices.
• Develop work instructions and provide technician training; conduct evaluations.
• Lead safety investigations and root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
