Qualifications

• Must be able to lead stamping team and drive safety on second shift.
• Must obtain forklift and crane certification within 6 months.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to train associates and enforce 5S and process standards.

Responsabilités

• Model professional behavior and lead associates in safety and operations.
• Motivate associates and proactively solve problems.
• Ensure safety rules and lock-out policy are followed.
• Maintain presses, organize line side items, uphold 5S.
• Support quality checks, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coach associates and ensure area is ready for next shift.
