Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer in Indianapolis is seeking a PM Prep Production Cook to prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts to client standards. You will work Mon–Fri, 5:30 pm–10:30 pm, on site at campus and support the dining program.

The role requires accurate portioning, temperature checks, and safe operation of standard kitchen equipment. ServSafe certification or City/State Food Handler Card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or City/State Food Handler Card.

Responsibilities

• Season and cook food according to recipes and experience.
• Observe and test foods for proper cooking and temperatures.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using kitchen tools.
• Assist other cooks during busy periods and holidays.
• Deliver ready meals to campus sites and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
