Job summary

Guckenheimer Enterprises, Inc., an ISS Company, is hiring a Prep Production Cook to prepare soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts following kitchen standards. You will season, cook, garnish, and serve meals during meal periods while ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires knowledge of kitchen equipment, food handling, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Fri shifts from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing high-volume catering meals.
• Knowledge of food preparation processes and safety controls.
• ServSafe certification or City/State Food Handler Card required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Season and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Observe foods and test temperatures to ensure doneness.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as required by recipes.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve meals to patrons.
• Follow safety rules and maintain HACCP compliance.
