Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and guest specs.
• Inspect and use quality ingredients in all preparations.
• Monitor storage, rotation, and freshness per safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Ensure plating standards meet company expectations.
• Receive and store delivered products per guidelines.
• Assist with ordering and inventory tasks.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintain safe working conditions.
• Keep floors clean and dry to prevent hazards.
• Communicate with supervisors about issues or needs.
