Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the assigned area.
• Keep storage areas organized and clean for all food items.
• Handle and store food properly at shift end; rotate inventory.
• Prepare foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets per specs.
• Maintain clean storage areas and adjust product pars as needed.
• Collaborate with manager on specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
