Job summary

Contra Costa Country Club in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a full-time PM Dishwasher/Prep Cook to support the culinary team during dinner service and events. The role emphasizes a clean, organized kitchen and reliable teamwork to enhance the member experience.

Compensation is $20.00 – $24.00 per hour with afternoon/evening shifts. Training and advancement opportunities exist within the private club environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & stewarding to maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with basic dinner prep as directed by chefs.
• Support with closing duties and end-of-night cleaning.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
