Responsibilities

• Washing and properly storing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area.
• Keeping floors, work areas, and equipment clean and safe.
• Removing trash and maintaining appropriate waste and recycling areas.
• Assisting with kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
• Helping culinary and banquet teams with basic tasks as needed.
• Maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Supporting restaurant, banquet, and special-event operations.
• Working together with the culinary and service teams to ensure a successful operation.
