Job summary

Berkeley Hall Club, Inc. is seeking a full-time Dishwasher in the Culinary department to support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. The role involves operating and maintaining the dishwashing equipment, ensuring sanitation, and assisting with daily prep tasks.

The position requires the ability to work weekends/holidays and to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior kitchen experience is desirable, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is desirable and supports duties as a dishwasher.

Responsibilities

• Check in with Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef for daily duties.
• Inspect dishwasher for obstructions and set up for operation.
• Breakdown dishwasher every two hours and at shift end.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in all food-contact areas.
• Complete daily prep list from Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef.
• Rotate in-house prepared items and perform other duties as assigned.
