Salisbury Country Club Ltd. in Midlothian, VA is seeking a dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our culinary team. You will clean and organize the dish area and assist with basic food preparation as needed.

We're looking for reliable team players who can work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow sanitation procedures, and commit to evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. We offer training and opportunities to grow within our culinary program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment preferred but not required.
• Willingness to follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and wash plates, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area during service.
• Inspect dishes, glassware, and cookware for cleanliness.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; keep work areas clean and dry.
• Remove trash and recyclables throughout the shift.
• Sanitize trash cans and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, organize, and store deliveries properly.
• Maintain clean and organized coolers, freezers, and dry-storage areas.
• Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Take on additional kitchen duties as needed.
