Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a US-Beaver-Assembler I in Beaver, PA to join a leading manufacturing organization. The role focuses on assembling details, sub-assemblies, and final products with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will operate tools, perform basic tests, and prepare items for shipment. The position offers a consistent Mon–Fri 3:30pm–12:00am shift and opportunities for skill development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safety compliance are required.
• Reliability and proactive attitude are valued.
• Willingness to work scheduled Mon–Fri shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble details, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies according to instructions.
• Load and unload contacts, solder shims or paste, and conductors on carbon assembly boats for furnace brazing.
• Operate hand tools, bench, and power tools to assemble components.
• Perform simple electrical and mechanical tests such as ground test and dielectric test.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
