Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler in York, PA to join the assembly department and support production operations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Day shift runs from 6:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Thursday, with a pay rate of $25.46 per hour. Responsibilities include operating pre-set equipment, assembling parts, performing adjustments, and inspecting components for quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or one-year work experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Comfort with using a variety of tools and performing basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-set equipment for basic repetitive production tasks.
• Place parts in specified relationships and check for fit, function, and cosmetic quality.
• Perform simple adjustments on equipment as required.
• Align, tighten fasteners, and perform general servicing and gauging.
• Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies, reporting defects during all phases of production.
