Job summary

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assemblers in the Leetsdale, PA area. Start ASAP! This hands-on role involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing products to specifications in a fast-paced production environment.

You will operate hand and power tools, read a tape measure and blueprints, and lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Fri overtime; weekend availability. Pay is $19.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation required - bus line route.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or improvements to supervisors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics when required.
