Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to join our Pittsburgh-area manufacturing team. You will assemble components for architectural and site products, read blueprints, and operate power tools to ensure precise fits.

This full-time, weekday role offers a 7:00am–3:30pm shift with pay between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. If you take pride in craftsmanship and teamwork, you will have opportunities for growth and pay

Qualifications

• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with mechanical assembly preferred.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic functional tests on finished panels.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills for navigation and documentation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Overtime flexibility when needed.
