Job summary

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking production team members for a 4:30 PM–2:30 AM shift. The role involves poultry sorting, hanging, placement and grading on the cut-up line, with safety, GMP and quality standards emphasized throughout the shift. Overtime may occur to meet production demand.

Starting pay is $19.49 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential. This is a physical, hands-on manufacturing position requiring lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Physical lifting up to 40 pounds is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Must observe safety, GMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort poultry totes to the appropriate line.
• Hang birds on conveyor and remove non-conforming birds for rework.
• Place poultry parts into conveyor trays and inspect for non-conformities.
• Monitor and grade cut poultry; remove non-conforming parts for rework.
• Perform rework and clean-up as directed; assist other personnel.
• Complete pass-over with incoming/outgoing shifts and maintain a safe work area.
