Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred in a manufacturing or food environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Able to read production records and complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and communicate pass-overs before starting.
• Wear PPE and perform safety checks prior to startup.
• Verify materials and production docs are ready and staged.
• Set up equipment and adjust settings per product specs.
• Operate case-packing equipment and conveyors to meet output.
• Monitor quality, seals, weights, and product flow; troubleshoot as needed.
• Record production data accurately and assist with line changeovers.
