Deluxe Corporation is seeking a post-press operator to perform routine manual and automated duties, set up equipment, and ensure accurate order processing. You will monitor production, verify labels and shipping details, and maintain compliance with delivery standards.

The role includes order verification, loading responsibilities, and adherence to quality requirements, with a base hourly wage and a potential retention incentive.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School/GED.
• Experience: 1 year in Manufacturing.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Experience in printing process/operations.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Experience operating powered hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manual and/or automated post-press functions.
• Set up equipment and gather materials efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and inspect orders for accuracy.
• Label, sort, and verify shipping details and order instructions.
• Load trucks and adhere to postal service/delivery compliance.
• Inspect product to verify match with order specifications.
• Manifest orders according to shop order or manifest system.
