Job summary

Quinn's Hot Springs is seeking team members for the pools team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold a happy guest experience at the resort in Paradise, Montana. The role emphasizes communication, learning pool operations, and maintaining pool area cleanliness.

The evening/night shift (3:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) is available, with weekends required. The position requires walking most of the day and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Benefits are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to address behavior issues and determine the best course of action.
• Willingness/ability to learn the basic rules and guidelines of the pool complex area.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phones and provide guests with answers to all questions related to the pools and the resort in general.
• Provide water to the guests.
• Washing, drying, and folding laundry.
• Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the changing rooms.
• Monitor and address guest behavior in the pools as necessary.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up discarded cups/trash.
• Familiarizing yourself with the pump room.
• Learn and monitor the health of pools.
• Vacuum and skim the pools as necessary.
