Job summary

Quinn's Hot Springs invites applicants for a full-time evening Host at the historic Harwood House. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with servers to ensure smooth seating and excellent guest experiences.

Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays. Training in Alcohol and Food Service will be provided; this is a tipped position with opportunity for advancement into runner or serving roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and guest service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with staff.
• Proficiency with reservation/phone systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones to take/change dinner reservations and assist guests.
• Greeting guests as they arrive and escorting to tables.
• Check-in guests in the reservation system and assign tables.
• Communicate special information to servers (celebrations, allergies).
• Monitor table status and coordinate with runners/servers for guest needs.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness rules; participate in required trainings.
