Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Polysomnographic Technologist to join our Respiratory Therapy team. You will prepare equipment, interview patients, perform sleep studies, and report results to support patient care in a community hospital setting.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with current BRPT in North Carolina and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with BRPT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and prepare for sleep tests.
• Interview patients to determine sleep disorder issues and explain testing procedures.
• Perform sleep studies, score, interpret, and report results.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and ensure supplies are available.
