The Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA is seeking Registered Nurses to support patients with complex psychiatric needs. You will join a therapeutic community and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver psychodynamic nursing interventions.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, and participation in clinical staff and community meetings. Evening shifts are available and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic inter-professional team.

• Provide psychodynamic nursing care and patient assessments.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with patients to support treatment.
• Assess physical and mental status and manage crises as needed.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Participate in team meetings and therapeutic community activities.
